This was the subject of the broadcast I took part in on March 27 on BXFM (104.7 in Brussels).
This was the opportunity for me to outline my vision of organisations structured to facilitate the successful execution of strategy, and to expose the current challenges I see for leaders: to hold the space for conversation and to foster teams' autonomy with respect to their accountabilities.
The purpose is to multiply the drivers of resilience and anti-fragility within the organisation.
